Our goal is to create a welcoming Saturday market experience that supports local growers, bakers, makers, artisans, and small businesses while increasing access to fresh food and handmade goods for Middle Georgia families.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendor Space \u0026amp; Fee\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendor participation is $50 for the month of July and includes one 10x10 outdoor vendor space for all scheduled July market Saturdays.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- No electricity is available.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- No water access is provided.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, tent weights, and setup materials.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSubmission of payment secures one 10x10 vendor space for the Sweet Valley Community Market for all scheduled July market Saturdays. Vendor spaces are limited and reserved on a first paid basis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll vendor fees are completely non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation by the vendor, no-shows, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, early departure from the market, or removal from the market for failure to comply with market policies.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSweet Valley Farm reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove vendors at its sole discretion in order to maintain the vision, safety, professionalism, and balance of the market.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendor Responsibilities\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy registering and submitting payment, vendors agree to the following:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, permits, licenses, inspections, taxes, and food safety requirements related to their business and products.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors selling food products must comply with all Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations and any applicable Cottage Food laws or health department requirements.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required insurance, permits, certifications, or licenses necessary for operation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors are responsible for the quality, preparation, labeling, storage, safety, and legality of all items sold.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, professional, and family-friendly booth space at all times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors must remove all trash, boxes, displays, and materials at the end of each market day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors may not sell illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, prohibited, or offensive items.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAssumption of Risk \u0026amp; Liability Waiver\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParticipation in the Sweet Valley Community Market is entirely at the vendor’s own risk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy participating, vendors agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sweet Valley Farm, The Harvest Barn, Dr. Hamidah Sharif-Amanyi, affiliated staff, volunteers, students, landowners, and event organizers from any and all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, theft, accidents, foodborne illness claims, customer disputes, weather-related incidents, property damage, or expenses arising from participation in the market.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSweet Valley Farm is not responsible for:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Lost, stolen, or damaged property\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Product spoilage\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vendor sales performance\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Injuries or accidents\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Weather conditions\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Customer disputes\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Vehicle damage\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Any damages or claims related to vendor products or operations\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendors assume full responsibility for their booth, inventory, employees, assistants, setup, customers, and business operations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWeather \u0026amp; Farm Conditions\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe market is hosted on a working farm with gravel roads, grass, uneven terrain, outdoor conditions, insects, animals, mud, dust, and farm equipment nearby.
